i watches the movies and i really loved them and so i decided that i cant wait longer to know what will happen so i bought the books. It was very different from the movie but there were so many parts that happened exactly the same. her parents were so much nicer in the book than in the movie. i loved it and it also helped me more with visualizing the characters because i just thought of thw ones in the movies. excited for the next ones.5⭐️

Forbidden Love Step Siblings

In dem Buch passiert unglaublich viel. Es gibt kein einheitliches Problem, sondern viele kleine Ereignisse die dieses Paar zu bewältigen hat. Hinterhältige Freunde, Autorennen, Straßenkämpfe, Banden"krieg", Trauma aus der Kindheit, spontane Besuche aus der Vergangenheit... Die Protagonisten haben selten Zeit sich zu erholen oder besser kennenzulernen, bevor wieder irgendwas passiert. Sonst hat es Spaß gemacht zu lesen. Ich war bis 2 oder 3 Uhr heute morgen wach, um es zu beenden und das ist schon länger nicht mehr passiert (Schlaf geht vor).

Ich mochte Stiefgeschwister-Bücher schon seit ich Wattpad habe, ich find das Tabu-Thema ganz cool. Es war ein lustiges Buch & ich mag die beiden sehr. Hat sich nur sehr vom Film unterschieden, was ich schade fand

i absolutely loved this book. It was so emotional and so beautiful at the same time. seeing a "bad boy" like nick turn into a gentleman just because of his love for noah was one of the most beautiful things about this book. I loved how they helped each other and saved each other's lives. I've seen the movies before but the book was better than the movie because it was so much more emotional. i enjoyed the time reading it and had tears in my eyes too 🥹 such a beautiful story and I'm looking forward to reading the second book 💞

Ich glaube ich bleibe beim Film

2.1 Sterne Ich hab das Buch gelesen nachdem ich den Film auf Amazon Prime schon mindestens 3 mal gesehen hab. Da jetzt bald die Verfilmung des zweiten Teils kommt dachte ich mir lese ich lieber vorher noch die Bücher. Es wird aber wohl bei diesem ersten Teil bleiben. Für mich fühlt sich der Film sehr "spanisch" an, klar, die Autorin ist auch Spanierin und ich glaube der Cast auch. Das Buch spielt aber in LA was für mich schon mal enttäuschend war. Ansonsten schweifen Buch und Film von den Handlung her schon voneinander ab, aber nicht so weit dass es mich stören würde. Was mich aber stört sind die beiden Protagonisten. Beide fallen für meinen Geschmack sehr flach aus. Noah liest anscheinend gerne, aber noch lieber geht sie auf Partys. Abgesehen davon rennen ihr die Kerle nur so hinterher weil sie sehr gut aussieht. Aber sie hat auch eine dunkle Vergangenheit die im Laufe des Buches immer weiter aufgedeckt wird. So weit so mittelmäßig. Das eigentliche Problem für mich ist aber Nick. Der Kerl hat mehr Red Flags als die Volksrepublik China. Er behandelt Noah und Frauen im allgemeinen ziemlich mies und körperliche Gewalt ist sein zweiter Vorname. Ganz zu schweigen davon, dass er diese auch das ein oder andere Mal Noah androht. Probleme werden mit Drohungen oder gleich den Fäusten gelöst. Und Frauen sind nur für die körperliche Erfüllung da. Bis sich ein magischer Schalter umlegt und er sich unsterblich in Noah verliebt. Es fliegen dann auch nach ein paar Tagen gleich "Ich liebe dichs" durch die Gegend, und Nick ist der festen Überzeugung seine Partnerin fürs Leben gefunden zu haben. Für mich alles ein bisschen zu schnell zu viel zu unlogisch. Ein Teil reicht mir, ich bleibe bei den Filmen

first book of an enemies to lovers story 1/3

The book has some different scenes and some extra scenes than in the film. The details are so beautiful written same as the language. The storyline is insane and you can’t stop reading. I recommend this book to everyone that likes enemies to lovers stories with spice.

Movie was very true to the book besides the ending. The movie definitely had the better ending. In the book it was way too quick and just not suspenseful at all. But loved how chill the step-dad was about their relationship

I really wish they didn't have a happy ending because no matter how much I hate Noah, Nick doesn't deserve her or better, they don't deserve each other

3.5 ✨ I'm so excited to watch the movie

Hmm. Mit dem Hintergrund, dass die beiden ja eigentlich nur Stiefgeschwister sein sollten...gibt mir nen weirdes Gefühl. Es geht mir auch generell viel zu viel um Drogen und dumme Partys, anstatt um eine richtige Story. Manche Dinge ergeben auch nicht richtig Sinn in der Story. Müsst ihr wissen.

Fast so gut wie die filme

Ja die Geschichte abweicht wie oft von den Filmen. Fand es trotzdem spannend und richt einfach zu suchten. Nick ist eine Red flag am Anfang, also da gibt es einfach Dinge die ich nicht entschuldigen könnte.

It was pretty good actually, but if you expect this book being like the movie on prime video, then don’t be disappointed if you read it. In my opinion, the whole storyline fits in, but the details are definitely different.
