Über Arndt Ahlers-Niemann

is assistant to the chair of Organizational Development in the Department of Economics and Management at Bergische Universität Wuppertal in Germany. His main research interest are unconscious processes in organizations and their cultures; he works from a socio- and psychoanalytic perspective. He also consults to profit- and non-for-profit organizations and is a member of the International Society for the Psychoanalytic Study of Organizations (ISPSO). Dr. Arndt Ahlers-Niemann, Dipl. Ök., ist wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter am Lehrstuhl für Organisationsentwicklung im Fachbereich Wirtschafts- und Sozialwissenschaften der Bergischen Universität Wuppertal. Sein Arbeitsschwerpunkt liegt in der Beschreibung und Erforschung unbewusster Prozesse in Organisationen und ihrer Kulturen. Dabei geht er von einer sozioanalytische, psychoanalytische und organisationskulturelle Theorien integrierenden Betrachtungsweise aus. Darüber hinaus arbeitet er als freiberuflicher Organisationsberater und -trainer mit einer Reihe sozioanalytischer Beratungsmethoden für Profit- und Non-Profit-Organisationen. Er ist Mitglied der International Society for the Psychoanalytic Study of Organisations (ISPSO).
