Another thrilling novel in the Cyrus Haven series. I just can't get enough of this one. Besides Evie being her absolute stunning self, you gotten to know a lot about the general plot line.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀 👥 Cyrus Haven and Evie Cormac are probably my favorite characters throughout all the characters of Michael Robotham.  𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗱𝘆𝗻𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗰𝘀 💭 I really enjoyed the dynamic shift in this one. In the first book the focus was on Evie but a tad bit more on Cyrus. Now Evie was more in focus than before.  I think one paragraph describes their Connection best (near the end so a bit of a Spoiler): „𝘞𝘩𝘺 𝘥𝘰𝘯'𝘵 𝘐 𝘴𝘦𝘪𝘻𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘥𝘢𝘺 𝘰𝘳 𝘵𝘦𝘮𝘱𝘵 𝘧𝘢𝘵𝘦 𝘰𝘳 𝘴𝘶𝘤𝘬 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘮𝘢𝘳𝘳𝘰𝘸 𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘰𝘧 𝘭𝘪𝘧𝘦 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘵𝘰𝘴𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘣𝘰𝘯𝘦𝘴 𝘢𝘴𝘪𝘥𝘦? 𝘐𝘧 𝘐 𝘸𝘢𝘴 𝘵𝘰 𝘩𝘢𝘻𝘢𝘳𝘥 𝘢 𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘴𝘰𝘯 𝘪𝘵 𝘸𝘰𝘶𝘭𝘥 𝘣𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴: 𝘐 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘯𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳 𝘮𝘦𝘵 𝘢𝘯𝘺𝘰𝘯𝘦 𝘸𝘩𝘰 𝘪𝘴 𝘴𝘰 𝘤𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘳𝘢𝘭 𝘵𝘰 𝘮𝘺 𝘦𝘹𝘪𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘯𝘤𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘭𝘪𝘧𝘦 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘩𝘦𝘳 𝘴𝘦𝘦𝘮𝘴 𝘪𝘯𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘱𝘳𝘦𝘩𝘦𝘯𝘴𝘪𝘣𝘭𝘦, 𝘸𝘩𝘰 𝘐 𝘤𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘮𝘰𝘳𝘦 𝘢𝘣𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘯 𝘐 𝘥𝘰 𝘮𝘺𝘴𝘦𝘭𝘧. 𝘞𝘩𝘦𝘯 𝘐'𝘮 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘌𝘷𝘪𝘦, 𝘐 𝘴𝘵𝘰𝘱 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘢𝘣𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘩𝘢𝘱𝘱𝘦𝘯𝘦𝘥 𝘵𝘰 𝘮𝘺 𝘧𝘢𝘮𝘪𝘭𝘺 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘩𝘰𝘸 𝘐 𝘦𝘯𝘥𝘶𝘳𝘦𝘥. 𝘐 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘢 𝘯𝘦𝘸 𝘧𝘰𝘤𝘶𝘴, 𝘴𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘭𝘰𝘰𝘬𝘴 𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘸𝘢𝘳𝘥𝘴 𝘪𝘯𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘢𝘥 𝘰𝘧 𝘣𝘢𝘤𝘬𝘸𝘢𝘳𝘥𝘴. 𝘚𝘢𝘷𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘩𝘦𝘳 𝘸𝘰𝘶𝘭𝘥 𝘣𝘦 𝘦𝘯𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩.“  𝗪𝗵𝘆 5 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘀? ⭐ Honestly I'd give this one more than 5 Stars if I could! I couldn't put it down and the end was incredible. The suspense, the action, the emotions, everything was on point.  (Spoilers)  I also loved how the end was deserved and not the bad guys getting away with every shit they do. Every Cyrus Haven novel is just breathtaking.
