At the end of Eastern Lights, I was pumped for Damien and Stella’s story in Western Waves. This was my second buddy read with Brandee over at UnConventional Bookworms. We both enjoyed the story. Read on for our thoughts on the third book in the Compass series by Brittainy C. Cherry. Brandee: Despite some consistency issues, I think we both enjoyed Western Waves. The inconsistencies did pull me out of the story at times. It felt rushed. But the bones of the story were good. This was actually the first book I've read from this series but I plan to go back and read its predecessors since you recommend them.
Damn, this made me cry.
