Beschreibung

The Greek Gods are real.
But they aren’t gods.
They’re faeries.
When 17-year-old Persephone accidentally stumbles upon a revel, she’s chosen as a sacrifice, but is saved from this fate when the Lord of the Underworld tricks her into becoming his companion for seven months instead. Sephy is taken to his dark palace under the earth, but the Lord of Night isn’t exactly what she expected him to be…
And neither is she.

Romantic, YA retelling of the classic tale, with a sweet, slow-burn romance at its centre and a lush fae twist.

(Sorry when there are misspellings or something like that, I'm not a native speaker and it's my first english review) Greek Gods meeting Fae. It didn't need more to make me curious. I was catched from the beginning by this wonderful story by Katherine Macdonald. The Characters are wonderfull, especially the main Characters Persephone and Hades. I love'd the small allusions to Rhysand (ACOTAR) and Cardan (TFotA). The whole book was a delight. There was only one chapter that realy made me roll my eyes, because it was too childish for my taste. Beyond that I can only recomment this book to everyone that loves Fantasy, Fae and/or Greek Gods. I can't wait to read Queen of Night!
