The romance, spice and characters were really well written. Yes, the plot is very predictable. Did it make me like the book any less? No. I read it in one sitting, only interrupted by walking the dog. It was just a feel-good romance book for me to get out of my reading slump. Would definitely recommend it to any fan of a good, uncomplicated historical romance.
