A friend told me about this book and decided to lend it to me - I didn’t now about it before and started it without any expectations. And I’m very happy that - however - I came to read this book. I am/was suffering a little bit of anxiety and this book helped me. It wasn’t like there were written so many new things. It’s more like things one know somewhere but don’t do - and it showed me how it would be better to think in a way that is very obvious. It was easy to understand, my mother tongue is German but I hadn’t the feeling of missing something while reading it in English. Thank you.
Too much BS. I know what they are trying to say…still I would not recommend reading it.
