I really recommend to read this book, when you work in IT! I really had this "aha"-moment on the last few pages, but there were a few things I didn't know before starting with it. Like this is basically the foundation for the whole DevOps-movement, that this story is a variation of a rather famous book, which lead to the Lead-movement in production or that the story is real. Overall it really was eye-opening for me about the whole term and the handling. Also it is really refreshing to read a real story instead of another set of rules or recommendations that you have to follow, like in most other tech-related books.
