The Novice: Book 1 (Summoner, Band 1)

This was a bit of a weird one for for me. I enjoyed the book but it was like the whole story was a back filler for something else. I loved the characters and the way the story was told (hence the 3 stars), I even liked the fact when I got to the end and thought Meh, I would actually go read the next one just to see what happened. I liked it, didn't love it (at all) and won't be rushing for the next one but if I come across it I'll read it.
