This book was the worst book I have ever read. There wasn’t a clear plot line, the romance felt very first and unemotional. It was a mafia book but it didn’t feel like one. It was trying to be something it wasn’t. There was no emotional depth. This book was telling and not showing at its best. Spoiler This man literally is being tortured for a year and comes back like nothing fucking happened.
