Das Buch ist interessant für alle Fans von dem Dschungelbuch, sei es der Disney Zeichentrickfilm, die Neuverfilmung oder andere Bücher. In diesem Buch sind die Original-Mogli-Geschichten vertreten und es birgt viel Neues, was man so nicht kannte. Leider fand ich den Schreibstil ziemlich anstrengend weswegen sich das Lesen für mich zäh gestaltete und ich doch sehr oft zu anderen Büchern gegriffen habe.. deswegen von mir 3 Sterne.
