It's outside of my preferred genres, but I read it in one go and could not put it down. A beautiful and strange story about a complicated family. This book/story felt like a perfectly closed circle, with it's flashes from the past to the present in different people's POV's. Also, although a lot of the character's actions frustrated me it felt right and not over-dramatized, too. Also, concerning the plottwists: "Finally. Some good fucking food."
Loved the atmosphere, the forest theme and how everything came together eventually.
It took a bit to really get into the story with the different timelines but after the dots finally began to connect, it was gripping. All in all a good story with a big dark secret
