Simple, accessible wisdom but not groundbreaking

First things first, this book is very accessible and enjoyable. The language is incredibly simple and straightforward, which makes it easy to get into a reading flow. The wisdom you get is not necessarily groundbreaking though, but it's refreshing to me reminded some of life principles. While some of the advice seem obvious at first, the book encourages you to reflect on your daily habits and thoughts. Overall, this is a quick and motivating read for those who are interested in personal growth.

Follow the 4 agreements 💖

The 4 Agreements is an exciting and easy-to-read book of just 94 pages. Miguel Ruiz addresses the topic of a better life, which can be achieved through 4 agreements. These agreements are to be implemented equally by all people in order to shed old beliefs, break down social structures and adopt a new belief system. He talks about the dream we are all in, through the conditioning of our parents, grandparents, society, etc; which everyone undergoes until adulthood. To wake up from this dream, to live not only a better life but also better relationships, you have to break your belief system, become mindful, learn forgiveness and let go of the past. Because the moment is crucial. Much of what Ruiz writes in his book I already know from other spiritual guides and courses. But the 4 Agreements in this form were new to me and gave me a complete picture with all the knowledge I have already acquired in recent years. I find them very practical and have incorporated them directly into my daily routine with the hope of living them a little more every day, because I really do believe that implementing these agreements can lead to a better, easier and happier life.

Good message but too repetitive.
