One of those books that every manager or leader should have read.

This one is interesting, I picked it mainly, because another book I liked had references to it and overall the title sounded promising to me. Bonus here, this is one of these books, that start with a story and you can accompany the protagonists on their way to solve the problems. I couldn't put the book away and the examples, although they are geared towards executive levels of management, match perfectly to my overall experience with working teams. So even after I was finished, I still had to think about many things. I'd say this is a good outcome for any book. :)
