Such a beautiful book
This really helped me as someone who often struggles with mental health. Of course I have already heard many of the messages, but the book shows them in a different way. Sometimes I just feel worthless. It’s so much easier to be kind to others than to yourself. This book told me again, how important self-love is. All the beautiful messages the book gives you are illustrated through wonderful drawings. As an artist myself, I just love them so much. It makes me want to create something too.

Ach Gott, ich bin etwas sprachlos. Dieses Buch ist wunderschön, berührend und auf eine liebevolle Art sehr ergreifend durch die Message und dem Schreibstil des Autors. Ich werde mit großer Sicherheit auf dieses Buch zurückgreifen, wenn es mir schlecht geht oder eine Situation erstmals aussichtslos erscheint. Absolute Empfehlung für absolut Jeden!!!
This is a beautifully written and illustrated book. The friendly tone of the author delivers powerful messages about human needs and nature; gently reminding the reader of the importance of being kind to themselves and other, being grateful, and being connected.
This book the messages and drawings are everything
Did I read it having a bad day? Yes! Have I cried the whole time? Yes! But it was so worth it. The messages and their meanings were really important to me and I was feeling lighter after reading them. Can only recommend it.

Tja… das war gar nicht der Plan. Ich wollte nur mal eben reinlesen und „zack“ war das Ende gekommen. Wow… dieses Buch ist so, so, so wundervoll! Ich konnte beim Lesen einfach nur dauerlächeln. Ich liebe es und weiß jetzt schon, dass es eines meiner Jahreshighlights wird. Eine perfekte Mischung aus Pu der Bär und Matt Haig. Einfach etwas Gutes für die Seele. 🥹💛
