Ich hatte anfangs etwas Probleme, in die Geschichte reinzukommen, aber dann wurde sie richtig, richtig gut! Es gibt kaum Romantik, was ich mochte, das Buch konzentriert sich hauptsächlich auf politische Gefüge und die beiden Arten von Tierwesen. Die Kapitel sind zwar recht lang, aber die sind nochmal in nummerierte Abschnitte unterteilt, was es leicht und schnell zu lesen macht. Von mir gibt es eine klare Empfehlung für diejenigen, die Fantasy ohne Spice und Romantik mögen. Das beste, es gibt noch eine Fortsetzung. Auf die freue ich mich!
