This series has every trope I love without the stuff I usually dislike about those tropes - and the writing is great! Didn't know all that was possible. Nate and Ian are my favourite couple so far, but I'm currently reading book four and Jared and Calder might take a seat beside them. Also, I hope there's going to be a book about Dor and Charlie soon, because I really want to know what's going on there.
