Sometimes after you have finished reading one book, it's only logical to start a certain other one. After I finished reading "the rise of superman" I couldn't help but read this one. I was not disappointed. Stealing fire is kinda the second part to "the rise of superman" because it expands on the topics brought up in the first book, while offering broader, more generalized content. It basically deals with not just "flow" but altered states in general. What it is, how it works, why we seek it, and it's dangers are. And it really is quite a helpful book because it answers all the questions I had after reading "the rise of superman". I still wouldn't recommend it to everyone (which is the only thing keeping it from getting five stars) because this is a very special topic and not everyone is interested in it.
