I have only one point of criticism with this book: It can be read much too quickly. And as it's (currently) the last one in the series I have to wait until the middle of January to continue reading it. I will even buy the hardcover version instead of waiting for the paperback because I so want to know how this will continue! Speaking from Among the Bones definitely is Flavia de Luce on her best. The book is both very funny (I'm thinking especially about one scene on the cemetery which later turns out to actually not have been that funny at all) and very suspenseful and spooky. Even though it is set around Easter, this book would be a perfect Halloween read. And wow, what a cliffhanger at the end!
