It's the summer before her sixteenth birthday, and Sabrina Spellman knows her world is about to change. She's always studied magic and spells with her aunts, Hilda and Zelda. Especially because Sabrina isn't sure how Harvey feels about her. Her cousin Ambrose suggests performing a spell to discover Harvey's true feelings. But when a mysterious wood spirit interferes, the spell backfires... in a big way.Sabrina has always been attracted to the power of being a witch. But now she can't help wondering if that power is leading her down the wrong path. Will she choose to forsake the path of light and follow the path of night? This exclusive prequel novel will reveal a side of Sabrina not seen on the new Netflix show. What choice will Sabrina make... and will it be the right one?

Man durfte ALLE Charaktere besser kennenlernen.

It's a great addition for fans of the series but as a stand alone novel I think it could've done better.

Not for me. Was kinda annoyed by Sabrina and especially her cousin (both of them I loved in the netflix series, but the book didn't get the energy between them quite right).

Sadly I never finished the book and had to stop when I was about 20% into it. I don‘t really see a match to the tv series and didn‘t understand much of it happening in there. Don’t get me wrong. I like all kind of books and try out new genres and categories all the time, but this wasn‘t the right book for me. I don‘t say that this book is bad, I just say that this isn‘t meant for me and at the moment I hardly understand it. I might check it out one day again and see if I like it, but right now I have to stop

Stay calm and worship Satan in an orderly fashion. This book started out strong but got boring quite quickly. The characters were well written and really resembled the characters from the show. I wasn't a fan of Sabrina's chapters but I liked the insights into the POVs of other characters (especially Zelda's and Ambrose's). However, the story was really flat and it was basically just Sabrina putting a spell on Harvey (which seemed a bit ooc to me). The dark atmosphere of the show, which is why I watched it, is missing. It seemed more like a romance book to me, rather than a horror/paranormal book because there was - in my opinion - a lack of magic.

What happens in the dark" nennt.
