So finally a book from one of the inventors of scrum. I think it is a fine read, especially for all the examples how to use scrum in different scenarios. For me, the author is a bit to patriotic, but if you consider Sutherland's vita it probably is all you get. Another thing that makes the book - or rather all books about scrum - a bit annoying, is the kind of religious approach. I wonder if they have sex in an agile way. ;)

Eine kurze Übersicht über die wichtigen Rollen und Events in Scrum. Gut für den Einstieg in das Thema.
4.25 Overall, I liked the book. As someone working in web development, it served as a helpful reminder of how things should be done. However, what I disliked about the book was the frequent detours into stories unrelated to the main subject. At times, it felt like filler material rather than adding real value to the content.
