First off I gotta say I started to read the series after watching the TV show Hannibal. Whilst the show focuses heavily on Will Graham & Hannibal’s relationship & fate, we get to see behind the red dragon -how he turned out the way he did. And I loved it. It was so well written, I loved to “see” a monster form -even had a lot of sympathy for Dolarhyde after all he went through. I’m looking forward to read the rest of the series! PS.: The show did a super great job of adapting this book! There were so many passages where I found myself smiling due to remembering the scenes in the show. So I definitely recommend looking into that as well!
