Für mich keine wirklich neuen Ansätze. Das Buch liest sich sehr flüssig und ist unterhaltsam geschrieben. Gute Zusammenfassung der Wichtigsten Problematiken die durch falsche Haltung , fehlende Muskulatur bzw. fehlende Mobilität entstehen. Habe mir 1 DIN A4 Seite rausgeschrieben die für mich recht Wertvoll war. Das Buch bietet viele bebilderte Übungen mit Faszienrolle, Bällen, Bändern Aber leider bleibt das Buch noch recht oberflächlich und erklärt mir zu wenig die Zusammenhänge Zum plyometrischen Training lässt er einen Absatz fallen - scheint leider nicht sein Lieblings Trainingsansatz zu sein.
