I just finished this book and absolutely loved it! I think they story will stay with me for quite a while. There are two (entwined) main plots: A young woman loses her memory in a car accident and is trying to find out who she is, starting with her name and ending with her identity, feelings and what is right and wrong. The accident happened in front of a hotel that has just been taken over by a young couple, Libby and Jason. They are investing lots of money, time and nerves into bringing the outdated family business up to speed. A note with the hotel's address has been found in the young woman's pocket, but noone can explain why. Of course, Libby can't ignore what happened right in front of her door step. So they are trying to sort it out, but it turns out that there is much more that needs attention that just the woman's lack of memory. It's a gripping story about the meaning of family, love, friends and honesty. And even though many books that address these topics end up being corny at some point or another, this one simply doesn't, and I guess that's what I love most about this book.
