Not That Complicated: MM Romantic Comedy

Ray finds his boyfriend on his knees for someone else. After a pity party he finds himself in need of some construction work, and suddenly with a corpse. Kicked out of his home he finds himself at a local hotel, looking at the man his ex cheated on him with. There is definitely a rant coming here. So if you don't want potential spoilers or if you liked the book, please stop reading now!! This is everything it shouldn't be. From a dynamic between the MCs that is weird at best to banter done very badly to the absolutely unbelievable line "Whatever you're going to do to me make it super gay". 🤦🏼‍♀️ Tell me you're a heterosexual woman without telling me... This book was the MM version of "I'm not like other girls". Mr Average cannot believe the most beautiful man in the world could be forced to look at him, but of course Mr Young and Beautiful has been in love with him for years. This was bad. Really, really bad.
