Fast-paced and sizzling with a forbidden enemies-to-lovers romance, My Fault is the first book in Mercedes Ron's Culpable trilogy. This suspenseful YA series untangles the threads of love, trauma, and secrets, perfect for fans of Ugly Love and After.
Seventeen-year-old Noah Morgan loves her quiet, normal life in Toronto. But when her mother returns from a cruise unexpectedly married to a billionaire and announces they are moving to L.A., Noah is suddenly shoved out of her comfort zone and into a glittering world of illegal street races, lavish pool parties, and spoiled rich kids.
And her new stepbrother Nicholas is the most spoiled of them all. Arrogant, aloof, and viciously attractive, Nick is everything she hates, especially when she learns his bad boy persona isn't just a façade. She's spent her life running from danger, and Nick is danger incarnate. Yet neither of them can prevent the powerful attraction that flares between them―enough to turn their worlds upside-down and tempt them beyond all reason.
But Noah's past may be even more dangerous than their forbidden romance. And if he wants her, Nick will have to decide if he's willing to risk everything.
Filled with angst, danger, and electric attraction, My Fault is perfect for readers looking for: Contemporary teen romance books Unputdownable & bingeworthy novels TikTok books After meets The Kissing Booth Colleen Hoover fans Forbidden romance Dual POVs and enemies-to-lovers

Forbidden Love Step Siblings

A very nicely written book!

And I am looking forward to read the following books and to watch the movies.

first book of an enemies to lovers story 1/3

The book has some different scenes and some extra scenes than in the film. The details are so beautiful written same as the language. The storyline is insane and you can’t stop reading. I recommend this book to everyone that likes enemies to lovers stories with spice.

😫

i absolutely loved this book. It was so emotional and so beautiful at the same time. seeing a "bad boy" like nick turn into a gentleman just because of his love for noah was one of the most beautiful things about this book. I loved how they helped each other and saved each other's lives. I've seen the movies before but the book was better than the movie because it was so much more emotional. i enjoyed the time reading it and had tears in my eyes too 🥹 such a beautiful story and I'm looking forward to reading the second book 💞

Movie was very true to the book besides the ending. The movie definitely had the better ending. In the book it was way too quick and just not suspenseful at all. But loved how chill the step-dad was about their relationship

Ahh it was better than the movie

⤷‧₊˚ 1⭑ || dnf @30% “I couldn’t go home; I didn’t know how I’d act. One part of me, the perverted one, the one that clearly didn’t need my head to think, wanted to grab that girl with her blond hair and honey-colored eyes and do it all to her, make her pay for losing my most treasured possession; the other wanted to make her afraid to even be near me, to even breathe too loudly when I was in the room.” I also think I should read the description of the book before I read it because then I would have known that this is a step sibling romance not only that but I can't with this book Nick is such a huge piece of shit and Noah is so annoying. I really wish they didn't have a happy ending because no matter how much I hate Noah, Nick doesn't deserve her or better, they don't deserve each other
