Tropes: – dad‘s best friend – taboo – age gap (6 years) – she is a business woman – he is an architect

‘My dad‘s best friend‘ feels like it has more plot than the other novellas in this series (even though I‘m quite sure it has not) I do feel the characters more, definitely more than in the last novella (there‘s much more information on these two) That said I love that Blake is a business woman – I just love women in powerful positions – and I love that this kind of plays a role regarding the plot of the novella. I also fell for grumpy Jonas – the banter of him and Blake is so much fun. In the end, it‘s 140 pages full of smut, but so very enjoyable. It’s probably my favorite so far – I enjoyed it more than the 2nd novella, and I think I also enjoyed it more than the first one. 3.5/5⭐️ 5/5🌶️
