Thank you to the author for the ARC in exchange for a review. Azzy is a social media influencer, and her job requires her to make a lot of public appearances. In order to keep her save from attackers, her best friends order a bodyguard robot for her, an AI who slowly but surely seems to develop feelings way beyond his programming. I have enjoyed this author's work before, but I think I liked this one even better. The characters are well developed, even though it's just a novella. It took a bit of getting used to from my side to imagine a robot AI bodyguard, but Remmy was well described, and the instant attraction the two MCs feel towards each other was palpable. I love dual POV stories, which is why I especially enjoyed this novella, since you get to know the characters even more in their individual POVs. What I enjoyed the most, though, was the smut. This author really knows what they are doing when writing smutty scenes, but also the other things that happened made the plot engaging and interesting. Can't wait to see what else the author has in store for us.
