Auch wenn es "nur" ein Weihnachtsbuch ist, fühlt es sich wie sehr viel mehr an. Alle Charaktere sind so lebensecht und die Story ist echt schön. Es gibt lustige uns traurige Momente und besonders liebe ich die Freundschaften in diesem Buch, es fühlt sich einfach richtig echt an. ❤️
Eine süße, queere Romcom-Weihnachtsgeschichte voller Chaos und Kitsch, die (in der Literatur noch immer deutlich unterrepräsentierte) Themen wie Neurodivergenz und Behinderung behandelt 🤍✨️

I had such a good time with this book! For me personally, while the romance was lovely and cute and wonderful, I adored the friendship between the fake dating couple so much. I think the author was really good at writing the two main relationships so distinctly and making both pairs feel close, yet the platonic pairing lacking any and all sexual tension. Having both so prominent and side-by-side really shows the skill needed to write to similarly important relationships of two different natures. It was a fun Christmas read! I had a really good time! I still keep thinking about some parts which always means its a really good book!
