It is really difficult to say something about this book. The general idea with the boxes and that you tend to think about others as "objects", to easier blame them, is shockingly true - for me at least. Still, I am not sure what to learn from it, besides just see if I can detect this behaviour and if so try to approach it differently. One of the funny things about this is, it feels like some kind of "Fight Club"-esque secret, when you shall not tell anyone about the boxes.
