Begeisterung! Diese Buchreihe ist einfach mega, nicht zu viel Romance oder spice , sondern eine toll Mischung aus Liebe und den persönlichen wachsen der Protagonistin. Auren geht in diesem Teil den weg ihrer Unabhängigkeit weiter und erkämpft sich ihre geforderten Freiheiten. Dann gibt es da noch ihr Geheimes was sie bewahren muss, ein uneheliches Kind ,Slade , eine neue böse Königin und noch neue Charaktere. Alle die diesen Teil lesen , werden auch so begeistert sein wie ich , deswegen muss ich euch an dieser stelle das Buch nicht mehr schmackhaft machen. Es ist eine Freude in diesen Seiten zu versinken. 💙

Huch - was ein dritter Teil!

In diesem Teil passiert wieder so vieles!! Und vor allem so vieles unerwartete! Ich hab dieses Buch mal wieder verschlungen und war absolut begeistert🥰 Ich finde es wirklich genial, welche Fortschritte Auren charakterlich macht. Besonders toll fand ich, dass wir endlich eine Auren bekommen, die anfängt ihre eigene Macht zu sehen und vor allem auch zu nutzen. Ich bin supergespannt, was wir von ihr noch erwarten dürfen! Auch die Beziehung zwischen Auren und Rip entwickelt sich langsam weiter und die Tension zwischen den beiden - wow 🤩 ich liebe es! Das Ende war wie immer ein absoluter Kracher und ich möchte wirklich sofort weiterlesen. Ich lese nie eine Serie am Stück… aber hier? Ich kann nicht aufhören😄

I'm so glad I didn't let the first book scare me off. Because the second book was already good. But the third book is an absolute highlight for me. Holy crap what a ride. I couldn't put the book down. I just couldn't. It happens to me very rarely that I sacrifice my sleep for a book, but with this book I had no choice at all. This book has everything I expect from a good fantasy book. A new, different world with complex characters. A plot with action and unexpected twists. Political intrigue. And a love story that shakes you to your core. Not to mention the smut that ensures that I can not recommend the book to my mother without dying of shame haha Hello bookhangover my old friend. Haven’t seen you in a while.

Fuck, das Buch macht mich fertig. Vor allem das Ende mal wieder ... Ich bin gespannt wies die nächsten Teile nun weiter geht, an Happy End scheint ja noch keiner zu denken 😅

The first two books build up to this so well. And this really was what I‘ve been waiting for. Though in all honesty it was frustrating too, waiting for IT (due to possible spoilers I’m not going into any details here) to happen. Auren‘s character development is the best part of this series. She has come so far from the fearful girl you first get to meet in ‘Gild‘, she has come even further than in ‘Glint‘ where I already was awestruck by how much strength she gained by discovering her true self. In ‘Gleam‘ she really does go all–in, and it‘s magnificent. And still she keeps this kindness of hers, and tries to help other women who are mistreated – it breaks my heart that Mist throws her all of this back in her face, and that Rissa and most of the other ‘saddles‘ treat her sp badly. I mean it when I say I understand it somehow, but at the same my heart aches for Auren who is still being isolated by people who might actually understand her if they tried. However, therefore I appreciate Lu even more. This book is truly an emotional roller coaster in a lot of ways. The insight we get on Auren‘s past broke my heart. The twists gutted me. I do think this story takes some time to unfold (it‘s truly the definition of a ‘slow burn‘), but when you finally connect all the dots, it all makes sense and the ending of this book just hits even harder. I loved it, I‘m very excited for the next installment in this series, and I think the series is getting better and better with each book🙌 5/5⭐️ 🌶️🌶️/5

Aaah was ist das nur mit dieser Reihe? Es passiert manchmal echt nicht viel, aber dennoch schafft es die Autorin, dass man als Leser:in total hooked ist. Die Charakterentwicklung in diesem Teil ist großartig, die eigentliche Lovestory bekommt endlich mehr Raum und das Ende? Uff, das Ende... Ich habe sehr mitgefiebert und mitgelitten. Das Buch war perfekt unperfekt. Was soll da jetzt noch kommen?

Diese Reihe bricht mich. Ich kann meine Gefühle kaum in Worte fassen, außer dass ich mein ganzes Herz an dieser Reihe verloren habe. RIP ist sexy, wunderschön, mitfühlend. Er ist einfach begehrenswert. Und Auren - ich bin so stolz auf sie! So eine fantastische Entwicklung, ein starker Charakter, der sich immer mehr selbst kennenlernt und für sich einsteht. Was war das für ein gewaltiges Ende? Mein Herz blutet und ich bleibe gebrochen, freudig und voller Stolz zurück. Eine Eingebung an alle, die diese Bücher noch nicht gelesen haben - man muss sie gelesen haben, sonst verpasst man etwas sehr wundervolles!
