Maggie Young had the market on normal. Normal friends, normal parents, normal grades…normal life. Until him.
Clayton Reed was running from his past and an army of personal demons that threatened to take him down. He never thought he had a chance at happiness. Until her.
Maggie thought their love could overcome anything. Clay thought she was all he needed to fix his messy life. That together, they could face the world. But the darkness is always waiting. Sometimes the greatest obstacle to true love is within yourself.

Well that was... what exactly? Let me sum it up in one word: craptastic. I looked at the rating multiple times while reading this book, because I was damn sure I'd purchased the wrong one. It went back and forth, back and forth. You have a brooding guy who's suffering from both bipolar and borderline disorder. Pair that with a 17-year old girl with little to no common sense, an abusive relationship and add a dash of angst... and you've got the basic plot of this story. This easily wins the award for worst book I've read this year. Let's not even talk about the horrible state of spelling and grammar, plus the occasional confusion of words. Whoever did the editorial... Dude, were you asleep or something?
