Jurassic Park (ja, sorry) aber im Steinzeitformat. Wissenschaftler nutzen unsere modernen Verfahren zur Gensequenzierung unter Verwendung der CRISPR Methode , um die Fauna der Steinzeit wieder zum Leben zu erwecken. Mit Hilfe von Finanzierungen einiger Milliardäre wird in den Bergen Colorados ein Park errichtet in dem wohlbetuchte Menschen die Ergebisse der De-Extinction (so nennen sie es) bestaunen können. Leider kommt es zu einem tragischen Zwischenfall, der eine Kette von Ermittlungen nach sich zieht. Mein erster Verdacht, wer der Täter ist wurde nicht bestätigt, ich will aber keine Derails verraten. Auf jeden Fall war das Buch für mich von Anfang bis Ende gut durchdacht, es war spannend, rätselhaft und hat Spaß gemacht es zu lesen. Ich bin ja von Preston auch nichts anderes gewohnt. Ich musste zwischendurch auch Lachen, weil Jurassic Park sogar erwähnt wurde, eine Buchreihe die ja so schlecht ist, weil das ja alles nur Fiktion ist, so steht es in dem Buch und man ist ja im realen Leben viel Vorsichtiger!
