Sehr durchschnittlich und der bislang langweiligste Teil. Hoffentlich gehen ihm jetzt nicht die Ideen aus

While I loved that we started to explore magic worlds besides the one that the Brother Grimms created (like Oz, Neverland or Camelot), this also meant that there were lots of introductions and descriptions, and that made the book feel a bit like a filler. Plus, including Emmerich and Bree with their own chapters where little to nothing happenend (I mean, some stuff did happen but it was unfolding just super slow), took away the build-up of suspension for me. Overall, I will of course continue with this series as I am very invested in the story of Alex and Connor, and the massive cliffhanger at the end of book 4 definitely kept me hooked. But so far, this was the weakest book of the series for me (kind of a classic "middle book syndrome case).
