Certainly a charcter you were not allowed to use in this day and age anymore. Too perfect in everything he does. And nobody questioning any of his moves. If you know Buckaroo Banzai, you feel that Doc Savage was the template they ere making for of. Still, if you want to read it because of that nostalgic feeling from a time when men were manly and did what they had to, this is one for you and very entertaining. Or read it ironically :-)
