My first review got deleted because the author felt that my review contained "personal attacks or that primarily focus on an author's behavior rather than the content of the book". I am very sorry for the author! English is not my mother tongue & I still make many mistakes when expressing myself, please understand! I will try my best to be absolutely clear about what I think about the book in this review & promise that it shall be about the book and the book only. --- As I stated in my original, now deleted, review: This book can be summarized in one word: terrible. I really have no nicer words here. I was really surprised at how bad the writing was. If you seek quality in the art you consume, you will not find it here. The writing level portrayed in this book could be more comparable to that of nonsensical articles hastily published in a university’s newspaper with no standards. The main character was way too focused on one person and one person only - herself. I'm personally not a fan of that. For me, it came across as a book that tried to portray and share so much but fell flat completely. What I'm most disappointed is that the main character seems to be void of any understanding of how other humans feel or how they are affected by not only the events and times that they are in but especially how they are affected by the words and actions of the main character. I was hyped when I heard that this would be an Illumicrate book pick. I heard so many things about it. Unfortunately, I was just completely let down by its utter lack of pretty much everything and anything I care about in a good book. If I could I would rate this book 0/5.
