Stunning 🤩
Wow, I really loved it, couldn’t put it down for a second. We have three very different main characters but nevertheless I loved all of them in their own way. But I think Wren and Julien are going to be one of my favourite couples ever. It was one of the rare occasions when we have a real enemies to lovers written and I love that they still haven’t figured it out during the first book. But I love more how much detail the worldbuilding has. The magic system is really fascinating and well explained but there is still some room for own theories- and I can’t wait for book two to see if they are correct 😍

WOW what a YA winner!
I would normally say about myself, that I outgrew YA and I do enjoy a good spicy scene BUT this book has me feeling differently! I never missed spice although there is a little sizzle between some characters. The world building is so amazing and different from all the other 65 books I read this year, so that was a definite plus point. I really enjoyed the magic systems, as it’s as unique as the world it thrives in. It’s kinda complex, but you get introduced to it in a way that didn’t make you feel stupid or annoyed lol! So an absolute must read for people who like to try something new or something a little dark with a little gothic/ghosty vibe - but it’s almost Halloween so no better time then the now :-)
