Nun ja, über Logik muss man bei dieser Reihe eigentlich nicht sprechen, aber so mache Gegebenheiten (Verschwinden der Aliens, Resonanz) waren dann doch arg schnell gelöst. Das Pärchen war wieder süß zusammen.
Sehr süße Reihe ich mag die Protagonisten sehr !!🥰

Besser als die anderen Teile, Spannend, Alien Action, ANGST
Die Teile davor fand ich echt nicht so gut, aber dieser hier hat mir ziemlich gut gefallen für zwischendurch. Süß fand ich die Liebesgeschichte zwischen den beiden Charakteren, da sie mit viel ANGST verbunden war. Ich habe definitiv mitgefiebert und gebeten, dass alles gut läuft. Das hier die Kidnapper zurückkommen, war super cool und hat mir sehr gefallen. Kiras schüchterne Persönlichkeit und seine Selbstbewusste Person, war ein super Match. Es gab ab und zu Sachen die unlogisch waren, aber das ist bei dieser Reihe Gang und gäbe. Hat mir insgesamt aber gut gefallen.

Diesmal mit mehr Handlung als in den ersten beiden Teilen 😁😇 - dennoch hat es mich gut unterhalten. Weil ich nicht warten wollte, bis das (deutsche) Taschenbuch bei mir ankommt, habe ich das E-Book auf Englisch gelesen. Hat auch super geklappt, ist total leicht verständlich und der nächste Band ist bereits (wieder auf Englisch) auf meinem Kindle eingezogen. Bin echt gespannt, wie es mit den Mädels auf dem Eisplaneten Not-Hoth weitergeht. 👽🛸😱 Die Autorin hat für den nächsten Band ja einen echt fiesen Cliffhanger eingebaut. (Dennoch ist das Buch in sich abgeschlossen.)

Das Buch war total cute und ein wenig anders als die bisherigen. Der Fokus dieses Buches lag deutlich auf der Beziehung und nicht auf Sex, wie bei den ersten beiden Teilen 😂 Dementsprechend gab es auch deutlich weniger und leider auch kürzere spicy Szenen. Da war ich ein bisschen sad drüber, aber nicht so schlimm haha Aehako und Kira sind so ein süßes Couple und es war total sweet über ihre Beziehung zu lesen. Es gab sogar Stellen, die so romantisch und herzwärmend waren, dass mit glatt die Tränen gekommen sind 🥹 wer hätte das bei der Ice Planet barbarians Reihe gedacht? Ich nicht xD Es gab auch ein wenig Plot, was ich ganz cool fand, da es in Teil 2 ziemlich wenig von gab. Auch interessante Plot-Twists gab es :)) Ich mochte dieses Buch gerne, aber es war nichts weltbewegendes, deshalb 3,5/5 Sternen ⭐ All in all: Es war ein sehr cutes Buch mit deutlich weniger Spice, als die anderen IPB Teile, aber dafür mehr Plot und eine sehr süße Beziehung<3 Kann man auf jeden Fall mal machen 💕

Nachdem mich der zweite Teil der Reihe eher enttäuscht hat, konnte Teil 3 mich wieder mehr überzeugen. Die Charaktere haben mir beide gut gefallen, es gab auch mehr Story als im zweiten Teil und der Sex war nicht so extrem im Fokus. Die Reihe ist mein guilty-pleasure. Liebs einfach zwischendurch so trashy-romance zu lesen.
⚠️SPOILER⚠️ Kurz und knapp … 🔸 fand’s mega gut, dass die kleinen grünen Aliens zurückgekommen sind, ABER wieso war das so schnell vorbei?? ☹️ möchte mehr solcher Alien-Action!! 🔸 fand’s kacke, dass Kira am Ende doch schwanger werden konnte. Nicht, dass ich mich nicht für die beiden freue, aber das wäre einfach so ein „special“ Paar gewesen, ohne dieses ganze „resonance“-Ding. Sehr schade ☹️ 🔸 was ein Baby Boom 😳 gibts da auch Sex ohne? 😳 🔸 wo ist Harlow?? 🔸 storymäßig so viel besser, als die Teile davor!! Bitte mehr davon 😍

I didn’t feel so connected to the story this time, maybe because I took a longer break after reading the first two. Will come back at some point probably.
Das ist definitiv bisher mein Lieblingsteil und das Lieblingscouple der Reihe 🥰 Wird schwer zu toppen für die weiteren Bände. Der Smut war zwar vorhanden aber weniger als in Band 1 und 2 und es gab ne spannendere Handlung. Vor allem aber mochte ich die Protagonisten unglaublich gerne. Einfach sehr unterhaltsam und kurzweilig.
Gelungene Fortsetzung :) Aehako ist der bisher sympathischste der Barbarians :D

2,5 stars because the conflict was resolved too lazily and i have kind of hoped for a non-mated couple for once. The whole breeding shmeeding shenanigans are beginning to get on my nerves. Can one of the women please stay single and just have fun? I liked Kira, she was an interesting character from the beginning, but i was a bit sad about her character arc. I will keep going with the series, but i need a break now.

A bit underwhelming but still a welcome story! I really enjoyed the first two stories about Georgie and Liz. Barbarian Lover follows Kira and Aehako, who is one of the unmated hunters, we met in the first book, when the human girls were rescued from their crashed spaceship. Kira is rather shy and timid - Aehako flirty and cheerful. He falls in love with her sad eyes, she's hiding a secret for this sadness. To make things a bit more exciting - apart from all the sex and lust - the Little Green Men are coming back to collect thei cargo and Kira is the only one who knows, thanks to the implanted translator in her ear. To save the other humans, she decides to take matters in her own hands. As nice as it was to see Aehako and Kira find each other, the whole ordeal felt a bit rushed and the twist of events a tad too easy to predict The story is not overly complicated as it is! Bonus points for Missus Dixons kick-ass ladies. Despite the testosteron overload on Not-Hoth, the human females are doing the best they can. Nice perspective. Planting the seed for Harlows story was a nice way to get me curious for the next book too. Definetely going on with the series, it's simple, kinky and fast paced - what's not to love?

Okay, so book three is for all the girls looking for a sweet romance with some smut on the side, because Keira and Aehako delivered on that for sure! I loved Keira from the first book on, and apparently, I am not the only one. Aehako is super sweet, paying careful attention and determined to not let the normal circumstances of his tribe, break up his potential future with the woman he loves. While Keira keeps worrying that he would be unhappy with her, because she is infertile and what the tribe cherishes is having a mate and kids above all, the big blue alien doesn’t wanna hear it. He wants to make her happy, if she allows it, and can’t even fathom the thought of being without her. While all that is happening, Keira also has to deal with the fear of the aliens, that abducted the humans in the first place, return in to their new found home. When she hears the feared voices in her implanted communicator, she rushes to the elder cave, in search for a solution, her favorite alien, Hayden and another human in tow.
Mehr Inhalt als Band 1+ 2. Guter Spice.
