Klang vielversprechender

Das Buch klang, besonders in der Instagram-Werbung, wo ein Bezug zu Criminal Minds aufgemacht wird, sehr vielversprechend . Letztendlich war es das aber nicht. Es war sogar eher so langweilig, dass ich am Ende nur noch quergelesen habe. Leider werde ich deswegen die Reihe nicht weiter verfolgen.

Entertaining, but lackluster.

This started out perfectly, just the book I was feeling like last week. I always tend to love bodyguard romances. The first few 50 pages were great, but then the story REALLY started to drag. The genre was described to me as romantic suspense, but there weren't many suspenseful things about it. The second half was even more boring, so that I was really just happy to get through the rest of the book. I will hold off from the next books in the series for now.

I liked the characters and the storyline. But at the end it seemed a bit rushed.
