4.75⭐️ It’s been a long time since a book made me sob this hard—which is why I love it so much. This novella put me through all the sad emotions with sprinkles of heartfelt moments and it was just everything I wanted from this novella when i read it. I‘m in desperate need for words to describe my love for the beautiful reading experience I had with this, because I’m just speechless—and in love with this novella. Now I need to read everything Frederick Backman has ever written! If you want a short read that’ll make you feel something then please consider “And every morning the way home gets longer and longer” because it is a story about love, loss, family and missing someone who is still there. I will never stop thinking about this story.
This was heartwarming and shattering at the same time. As a person who works with people who have dementia, this is so beautiful to me. I am kind of speechless.
