At this point we are in too deep to make any sense

Spies within the population police? Coincidences to let the protagonist live in the weirdest situations? Being behind enemy lines without plan but with all the luck? This is just a weird continuation of the otherwise solid foundation of children that exceed the population limit. It services those who just want more even if it gets a bit weird and coincidental.
