Beschreibung

The thrilling third book in the internationally bestselling Divergent series that inspired a series of major motion pictures starring Shailene Woodley. This special 10th anniversary edition features exclusive content from Veronica Roth and a beautiful reimagined cover art from award-winning illustrator Victo Ngai.
The faction-based society that Tris Prior once believed in is shattered – fractured by violence and scarred by loss. So when offered a chance to explore the world past the limits she's known, Tris is ready. Perhaps, beyond the fence, she and Tobias will find a simple new life together, free from complicated lies, tangled loyalties, and painful memories.
But Tris's new reality is even more alarming than the one she left behind. Once again, she must battle to comprehend the complexities of human nature – and of herself – while facing impossible choices about courage, allegiance, sacrifice and love.
Told from a riveting dual perspective, this explosive conclusion to Veronica Roth's bestselling Divergent trilogy reveals the secrets of the dystopian world that captivated readers in Divergent and Insurgent.

I knew when I started that the reviews were not good. It was called an unwell written teenager book. Now, after I read the series, a cannot really agree to that. I can maybe see what people meant with „unwell written“ since the book is just not telling us everything. I see why people tend to hate this, but I really enjoy books that don’t tell us every detail because it let‘s me imagine. It also shows so well that Tris and Tobias don't see everything themselves and makes their developments so visible. I hate the end, but because it left me sobbing, not because it’s bad. It was the most logical ending, but still coming out of the blue. I read a good book, despite the bad reviews.
