Er zeigt wieso sich das so entwickelt hat und wieso diese Arbeitsweise so schlecht für uns ist. Im typischen Cal Newport Style zieht er viele Fallbeispiele heran, analysiert diese und leitet Empfehlungen daraus ab. Wie immer gut zu lesen, einige interessante Punkte, insgesamt aber nicht mehr so gut wie noch [[Cal Newport – Deep Work]]. Auch zu wenig konkrete Hilfen, auch wenn es insgesamt nicht schlecht ist.
