Nach dem dritten Band war ich sehr erleichtert, dass dieses Buch keinen dramatischen Plot hatte. Die Charaktere (und ich) konnten endlich mal fünf Minuten durchatmen, danke dafür. 😄

Spoiler! Eine nette Ergänzung, um zu sehen, wie die Charaktere nach dem Krieg leben, wie sie damit umgehen, wie sie zusammenhalten oder auch nicht... Und eine gute Vorbereitung auf das nächste Buch für Nesta und Cassian. 4/5 ⭐
Honestly, this was such a breather after reading 700 pages of ACOWAR. I'm really thankful for this "feel-good" holiday novella.
Since this was more of a middle book, I won't go heavily into detail in my review and I want to keep it Spoiler free. Obviously, please don't read this review when you haven't read the first 3 books in the series. I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of backstory in this book. Also the amount of POVs shocked me. You got to read Chapters of Feyre, Rhysand, Cassian and Morrigan. I totally did not expect to learn so much emotional backstory and information, especially on Cassian and Mor. In all fairness, this was more of a feel-good and healing part of the series. I felt my own self getting healed whilst reading this. 𝗪𝗵𝘆 4.5 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘀? ⭐ I loved this book but I simply wished we had more Chapters of Cassian and Mor. They were a delight to read but I can count both their Chapters on one hand and they weren't the longest. Though I must say this was my second favorite, it may have not contributed to the important plot but it made me feel happy and like I was a part of their Winter Solstice.
Honestly boring
Only the Nesta and Cassian chapters gave me something, the rest left me with nearly nothing
A short book with a good story
This is the fourth and smallest book from this series. I love that this book has many POV’s from different characters of the series. What I also liked was the one spicy scene. It also plays only in the winter, where Rhysand and their friends rebuild the Night Court. It is a really good book with a short but interesting story in it.🥰

Im Vergleich zu den anderen Büchern der Reihe ein sehr kurzes Buch. Man liest aus den Perspektiven verschiedener Charaktere, über die man dadurch etwas mehr, aber irgendwie auch nicht wirklich viel mehr, erfährt. Es liest sich etwas wie ein Lückenfüller… Ich bin trotzdem gespannt auf das Finale, da verschiedene Erzählstränge und Geschichten noch offen sind.

Dieses Buch ist wie eine Reise durch zwei Welten: auf der einen Seite erlebt man die behagliche Atmosphäre eines heimeligen Feuers, die sanfte Wirkung eines Glases Punsch und die spannende Stimmung von Weihnachten; auf der anderen Seite begegnet man der frostigen Kälte und Dunkelheit eines Schneesturms, der einen von der Wärme einer glücklichen Familie abschneidet. A Court of Frost and Starlight ist wie eine kleine Pause, die einem aber auch die Lust auf das nächste Abenteuer weckt.
