Das Buch war ok. Allerdings hatte ich das Gefühl, dass alles sehr schnell gegangen ist. Es ist auch nicht sooo wirklich ausgebaut, also ein paar Geschehnisse hätte man ausführlicher schreiben können. An sich war es ganz ok.

You get exactly what you want from this book: an ex-boyfriends dad, age gap romance. However, I have come to realize that I like romances with a dual POV better. In this one, we only get Cassidy's POV, which left me wondering about Greg's feelings and intentions a lot. It felt like half the book was missing, which dulled my enjoyment of the book. Other than that, I got exactly what i signed up for. The smut was well written, and the third act break-up was actually not that much of a bother. All in all, quite a good read!

This book was amazing. I loved their forbidden love with each other and how it ended was the best!!

3 Sterne Als erotischer Roman war "The Doctor" BRÜLLEND-heiß (trotz diverser Tabubrüche würde ich es NULL als "Dark Romance" bezeichnen), aber der versuchte emotionale Plot hat arg geschwächelt.
