Sadly, for me this was the worst book from the series so far - it feels like the overall theme again with a slightly different topic (here teams instead of general leadership) and the story felt too constructed. Still, I like the approach and idea to tell stories to explain how different management styles and especially the situational leadership works and can be applied.
