Nicht sehr hilfreich

Statt handfester Tipps, um mit Stress umzugehen, wartet dieses Buch mit allerhand Gotteslob und NLP auf. Liebe walten lassen, Energie durch Klopfen wieder herstellen, Selbstakzeptanz - doch wenig unesoterische Hilfestellungen für den Alltag. Dieses Buch hat mir leider gar nicht geholfen und ich würde es auf keinen Fall weiterempfehlen.
