TIM PRATT ist ein mit dem Hugo-Preis ausgezeichneter SF- und Fantasy-Autor und Finalist u. a. für die World Fantasy, Sturgeon, Stoker, Mythopoeic und Nebula Awards. Er ist Autor von über zwanzig Romanen und einer Vielzahl von Kurzgeschichten. Seit 2001 arbeitet er für Locus, das Magazin für Science-Fiction und Fantasy, bei dem er derzeit als leitender Redakteur tätig ist.
